Today I stopped by sullivan brothers nissan I was immediately greated at the door by a smiling salesman names scott ames. He showed me every model nissan offers and explained all the features of each trim level. I was amazed at the level of detail he went into to showing me the bells and whistles each vehicle had. Alex in the service department was an absolute lifesaver! After calling four other places and getting nowhere, I reached out to Sullivan expecting more of the same. But Alex picked up, immediately understood my question about a specific wiper, and told me to come right in. Within two minutes of arriving, he had the issue fixed and I was back on the road. His knowledge of the different vehicles was 100 percent. The cars have been excellent performance vehicles & service,when needed was reasonably priced, done well & timely. For these reasons I recommend going to Sullivan Brothers & insisting on Mike B as my salesman. Why go anywhere else.
