We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had at Sullivan Bros. Nissan. We started out looking at their Toyotas at their dealership across the street but didn't find what we wanted in our price range so we went over to their Nissan Dealership. We met Paul the first time we visited and he was great! He answered our questions, showed us some features on a few vehicles, was never pushy and allowed us to look at our leisure and was there if we needed him. We didn't buy that night but went back a few days later to find he was off that day. We met Scott who was more than glad to help us even though we told him we had been working with Paul. We were assured that the salespeople all work as a team so Paul would also get credit for anything we might buy Scott was awesome! He is so much fun and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. He let us drive a couple of Pre-owned vehicles that we were interested in but never pushed. He answered our questions and explained all the different features to us. He is a great salesman and we are so glad we met him and had the opportunity to work with him! When we decided on our Nissan Rogue, he even stayed late to make sure we got all our paperwork completed and handed off to Ned in Finance, who we then worked with to complete that part of the transaction. We appreciate Ned and his expertise on all the finance and warranty info and what we can expect in the future for service from Sullivan Bros. We will be able to bring our car there for regular service and any other needs we have. Deb was amazing! She is so friendly and kind. She saw us out on the lot on our first visit after Paul had left and said we could continue to look, and she stopped to make sure there wasn't anything she could help us with. She didn't kick us out! 😊 We would highly recommend Sullivan Brothers Toyota and Nissan dealerships! Car shopping is very stressful and not something that we enjoy at all but we can honestly say that this experience was very enjoyable and easy. Scott has the best sense of humor and is so kind and so funny that he made the buying experience the best we've had! We feel like we made a friend! We look forward to many great years with our "new to us" Nissan!

I have not stopped raving about the service at Sullivan Brothers Nissan. Scott Ames took care of me and sent me in the right direction which was too Lease. This is my second experience buying a rogue from Sullivan Brothers and I always mention Scott Ames and the rest of them, too many names to remember. Furthermore, they have great coffee and snacks for everyone. I left there knowing that I wasn’t just a customer buying a car, I was a person that was put on the right path financially. And Mr. Sullivan, they all deserve a big raise.

Buying my car here was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I worked with Corey, told him what I was looking for, and he brought out what I wanted. I had been to just about every dealership on the South Shore, and this was the best deal I found on a used vehicle with low mileage and a great price. I would give 10 stars if allowed! I needed a newer vehicle badly and I stopped in at Sullivan Brothers Nissan. Melissa met me at the door and asked if I needed help, I told her my "wish". She sent Monica right over we sat down on what I was aiming for and I was overly honest on why I needed a car and explained my credit wasn't superb. She explained that they are a family business and not corporate and they would do whatever needed to get me home in a newer car. Monica was very easy to talk to, never pushy. I took a vehicle out for a test drive and I really wanted it but I had my doubts. We got back and I asked her how much is the car. She said, "Under $30K like you stated, I'll never show a customer anything higher price than what they ask for." I was amazed. I told her let's do this. I got the vehicle! I had an excellent experience buying my new Rogue here! I came in at 10 AM, and by 3 PM the car was already delivered right to my driveway. My sales guy, Flavio, and the dealership manager were awesome. They took their time walking me through the different models and really helped me break down the math on the finance vs. lease options so I could make the best decision for my situation.
